How I got Here

For over 24 years, I’ve devoted my life to understanding how energy, consciousness, and inner awareness shape our lived experience.

In my early twenties, while working as a beauty industry expert, I noticed something unusual — I could feel my clients’ emotional pain. Beneath conversations and surface smiles, there was often sadness, stress, or unspoken heaviness. I remember wishing I could simply lift it from them… or teach them how to feel happier and more at peace.

That wish led me to Reiki — and it changed everything.

The first time I experienced energy work, I was completely blown away. I was in awe noticing the sense of connection I had never known before. I immersed myself in the study of energy, becoming a Reiki Master and energy teacher, and began offering sessions to clients who were equally amazed. Pain softened. Emotional burdens lifted. People left feeling lighter, calmer, and more themselves.

As my work deepened, something unexpected began to happen.

During sessions, I started receiving intuitive insights — images, messages, and guidance that brought profound clarity for my clients. What began as Reiki naturally expanded into something far greater: a multidimensional healing and consciousness-based approach guided by intuition, wisdom, and divine connection.

At the same time, life was asking me to practice everything I was learning.

With courage and deep trust, I chose to leave an abusive marriage and create a new, peaceful life for my children and myself. It wasn’t easy — but I had already built a strong relationship with what I call my Divine Support System. I leaned into that connection fully, and it carried me through fear into empowerment, clarity, and self-trust.

Because of this, I don’t teach from theory — I teach from lived experience.

I understand what it means to heal from trauma, to let go of the past without being defined by it, and to consciously choose a new path forward. I teach the power of loving yourself fully, the importance of inner dialogue, and how to gently shift out of fear and back into alignment — again and again.

I was told through spirit that my experiences would one day help others remember their own power. I believe this deeply.

Today, as an author, speaker, consciousness teacher, Reiki Master, and transformational mentor, my work is centered on helping you recognize what’s been holding you back — often beneath the surface — and showing you how to shift it with awareness, energy, and intention.

My gift is identifying the energetic patterns and inner blocks that keep people stuck, and guiding them toward simple, powerful changes that create real movement. Whether we work together online or in person, you’ll learn how to release what no longer serves you, align with clarity and peace, and build momentum that you can feel — and see — quickly.

As your energy shifts, your relationship with the Universe becomes clearer and more natural. You begin to notice guidance, synchronicities, and signs in everyday life. You start making empowered choices. And over time, you become a vibrational match for the life, love, and fulfillment you desire.
